ji9 Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related documents published by ji9:

• "Platform" means the ji9 website accessible at ji9.onl and all associated mobile-optimised pages, game launchers, and cashier interfaces operated by ji9.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an Account and uses the Platform services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other wagering product offered via the Platform.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means real-money currency held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, or matched deposit amount awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Prag matic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or ji9 policy.

2.1 Age Requirement

The ji9 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. ji9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Registration Process

To access real-money wagering on ji9, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify ji9 promptly of any changes. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication code with any third party. ji9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify ji9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your Account.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

ji9 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at ji9's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.

By accessing and using ji9, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by ji9.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or bonus abuse that distorts the normal operation of games or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal information without their express written consent.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of ji9 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward ji9 staff or other platform users via any support or communication channel.

ji9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of these usage rules, with or without prior notice, and to void any Wagers or Bonuses associated with prohibited conduct.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ji9 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ji9 does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or payment methods not listed in the current cashier at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ji9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges. You are responsible for any such charges. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ji9 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three hours during standard operating hours. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must have passed KYC verification, your Account must not be subject to any active investigation or restriction, and any applicable Bonus wagering requirements must have been fully satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ji9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in volume or frequency.

4.4 Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account and used to place Wagers. Unplayed deposit balances may be eligible for withdrawal subject to the verification and withdrawal terms set out in clause 4.3 above. Refund requests arising from technical faults or payment errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the ji9 finance team.

ji9 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses will be forfeited if an Account is found to be owned by a person under the minimum age.
• Each bonus promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash in their credited form, and may not be shared between Accounts.
• ji9 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or registered contact details.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of low-risk bet hedging strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
• Bonuses credited to an Account expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

6.1 General Wagering Rules

All Wagers placed on ji9 are final once confirmed by the Platform. A Wager is considered confirmed when the Platform issues a unique Bet ID and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's Account balance. Players are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all Wager details prior to submission. ji9 is not responsible for errors made by the Player in selecting stake amounts, odds, or game options.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered by ji9 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed in the sportsbook at the time of Wager placement. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or any result declared void by the governing body of the sport, ji9 reserves the right to void the relevant Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account balance.

6.3 Casino and Live Games

Casino games on the ji9 Platform are supplied by third-party Game Providers and are governed by the rules set by those providers. ji9 acts as a distribution channel and is not responsible for game outcomes, which are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live games, by the physical outcome of play at a live dealer table. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a casino game session, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant Game Provider's published disconnection policy.

6.4 Voided Wagers and Obvious Errors

ji9 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error, data feed fault, or human input mistake. Where a Wager is voided under this clause, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance. ji9 will not be liable for any profit a Player may have expected to receive from a voided Wager.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ji9. Unauthorised use of ji9's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

ji9 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an Account on ji9, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the ji9 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ji9 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, even if ji9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ji9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji9 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability to any Player.

In all circumstances where ji9 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of ji9 to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining Account balance in accordance with clause 4.3.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the Platform's operations. Any dispute between you and ji9 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation should be submitted in writing to ji9 customer support at [email protected]. ji9 will endeavour to respond to and resolve formal disputes within 30 business days of receipt of a written complaint.

ji9 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. Players agree to pursue any dispute resolution process in good faith before seeking any other remedy.
